Conversely, I have witnessed homeowners experience policy changes they were unaware of, not fully understand their policy language, and not know their rights if a claim is denied. I saw homeowners who didn't know what questions to ask, what red flags to watch for, or what they were actually entitled to under their policies.
I realized there was nobody protecting homeowners from both sides.
